Behold the ultimate lower body progression designed to transform your back-side into your best asset. Program includes squat, hip hinge and hip abduction exercises to build and shape your glutes from all angles. Result: that round and perky booty. Program will be set on your calendar 2 times per week, and can be completed as a stand alone plan or as an add on to Carve & Conquer’s Daily Plus or Afterburn programs. For best results, plan to complete the Daily or Afterburn programming up to 4 days per week and Booty Builder program twice per week. You can expect booty sessions to last between 30 min- 60 min depending upon the week. Each day you will receive movement videos to be sure you are completing the exercises with optimal form. You will also receive daily coaches tips to ensure success.
