Designed as a supplement to the CrossFit Daily Plus programming, Jacked CrossFitter is an eight week full body weight training program that can be added to your calendar. The program is based on the fundamental principle of progressive overload to achieve maximal muscle gain and definition. You will focus on developing those areas and movement patterns that aren’t often worked in the typical CrossFit paradigm. For best results, plan to complete the CrossFit Daily programming up to 3 days per week and Jacked CrossFitter program twice per week.
