Use this 2 day a week program to carve out a killer mid-section. Shredded Core is designed to develop all sections of the abdominals: your internal and external obliques, as well as you rectus abdominus. You will focus on flexion and rotation movements for abdominal development and isolation exercises for lower back strength and postural health. Sessions will take 15-20 minutes. For best results, use Shredded Core alongside one of Carve & Conquer’s flagship programs: Daily Plus, Afterburn or Carved. Shredded Core can be added to your calendar and completed on any day you would like.
